The first is La Castellana Restaurant — quite simply my favourite restaurant in the world. It’s been run by the same family for generations and offers truly exceptional, authentic Tuscan food. It’s also very popular and books out quickly, so I strongly recommend reserving as soon as possible. When booking, do mention you’re staying with Liz at Soleevino—they will always try to take extra special care of our guests.
For a truly memorable wine experience, I highly recommend Podere Poggio Scalette. This is the family who manages our vineyards, and they produce outstanding wines. They are a highly respected wine family with a great history. Their tastings are small & intimate so if you want a personal, relaxed experience which is far removed from larger commercial wineries, then you’ll love this authentic tasting. Be sure to mention you are staying with us at Soleevino when booking so Lisa can look after you.

Terreno Winery
Terreno offers wine tours in a small group environment and also has a lovely restaurant if you want to do a wine tour and have lunch. Great wine tour, tasting and lunch. They also offer dinner.
Panzanello Winery
A lovely winery owned by our friends Andrea and Ioletta. The winery has lovely views and is not far from Panzano and also offers a great tour and wonderful wines.
