Booking Policies
Reservations
Pre-payment is required to confirm all reservations. Rates are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 2 people per room and a minimum 2 night stay.
City Tax
A City Tax of €2.00 per person, per night (up to 7 nights) applies to all reservations and is payable in cash at the property upon arrival.
Check IN and Check OUT
Check-in is from 3:00 pm – 10.30pm
Check-out is at 10:00 am
Arrivals after 10.30pm with no prior notice will be considered as a No Show and subject to the corresponding cancellation policy.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included daily with all stays.
Animals & Children
SOLEeVINO is an Adults Only property and does not allow pets of any kind or children.
Our rates include a standard rate and discounted rates with various cancellation policies.
For those reservations that allow a refund, the policy for cancellation is:
Cancellation must be received in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival (12 noon). Cancellation requests or amendments should be sent to info@soleevino.com
SOLEeVINO will accommodate the cancellation of a reservation outside of 14 days of your scheduled arrival date once received in writing, less any fees charged by the financial institution and/or the payment network. A copy of the fees deducted from the original payment will be provided to the client for their files. These fees often include but are not limited to the currency conversion fee, payment processing fee, credit card fees, etc and are the responsibility of the card holder.
Cancellations, no-shows or changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your full payment.
For those reservations that are Non Refundable, the policy is:
SOLEeVINO provides clients with an opportunity to stay at a discounted rate. These rates are Non-Refundable. The amount pre-paid is non-refundable and the payment will be forfeited for all cancellations, no shows or changes.
Extending a reservation
The current rate of the day will be applied for the additional nights.
It is understood that SOLEeVINO cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal or family sickness including COVID-19 or injury, etc. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as an easy, affordable way to protect your investment.

Unauthorised Gatherings & Events
SOLEeVINO is a property that prides itself on tranquillity. Therefore in an effort to provide the best experience and privacy for all of our guests, we kindly request that you do not invite non staying guests to the property. Should you wish to have a special event or share an occasion at SOLEeVINO, please contact the host who in consultation with you, will assist you with pricing and dates. Examples of such activities include, but is not limited to: exclusive use of the property for your group to host elopements, small wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, celebration dinners, private holiday, etc
Access
We ask that you please consider the setting and historic nature of our property if you have mobility issues. All bedrooms are located on floors with stairs. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details regarding our property layout.
Security
For the safety and security of the property & our guests, SOLEeVINO has external security cameras monitoring the property & vineyards.
