Booking Policies

A City Tax of €2.00 per person, per night (up to 7 nights) applies to all reservations and is payable in cash at the property upon arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm – 10.30 pm
Check-out is at 10:00 am

If an early check-in or arrival is sought, please contact the host in advance to see if it is possible. We apologise in advance if we can not accommodate the request. During the season, our cleaners need time to prepare the rooms. Arrivals after 10:30 pm with no prior notice will be considered a No-Show and subject to the corresponding cancellation policy.

A continental breakfast is included daily with all stays.

SOLEeVINO is an adults-only property and therefore does not allow children or pets.  Any guest arriving with pets or children will be turned away and their booking forfeited.

Our rates include a standard rate and discounted rates with various cancellation policies.

Cancellation must be received in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival (12 noon). Cancellation requests or amendments should be sent to info@soleevino.com

SOLEeVINO will accommodate the cancellation of a reservation outside of 14 days of your scheduled arrival date once received in writing, less any fees charged by the financial institution and/or the payment network. A copy of the fees deducted from the original payment will be provided to the client for their files. These fees often include but are not limited to the currency conversion fee, payment processing fee, credit card fees, etc and are the responsibility of the card holder.

Cancellations, no-shows or changes made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your full payment.

SOLEeVINO provides clients with an opportunity to stay at a discounted rate. These rates are Non-Refundable. The amount prepaid is non-refundable, and the payment will be forfeited for all cancellations, no shows or changes.

The current rate of the day will be applied for the additional nights.
It is understood that SOLEeVINO cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal or family sickness, including COVID-19 or injury, etc. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as an easy, affordable way to protect your investment.

SOLEeVINO is a property that prides itself on tranquillity and exclusivity. Therefore, to provide the best experience and privacy for our in-house guests, we kindly request that you do not invite any friends or family to the property, including the pool.

Should you wish to have a special event or share an occasion at SOLEeVINO, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the host, who, in consultation with you, will confirm if it is possible and then assist you with pricing and dates. Examples of such activities include, but are not limited to: exclusive use of the property for your group to host elopements, small wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, celebration dinners, private holiday, etc

We ask that you please consider the setting and historic nature of our property if you have mobility issues. All bedrooms are located on floors with stairs. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details regarding our property layout.  Access to SOLEeVINO is strictly for in-house guests.

For the safety and security of the property & our guests, SOLEeVINO has external security cameras monitoring the property & vineyards. We comply with all applicable data privacy laws, and footage is stored securely for a limited time. By entering the property grounds, you consent to being recorded on CCTV.
